Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, we're here to help.

You’re welcome to return your item within 30 days of purchase — just make sure it’s unused and in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically issued within 1 working day of receiving your item.

Please note:
• Gift cards and custom/personalised items can’t be returned
• You’ll be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Returns should be sent to our studio address, which will be provided upon request or when your return is approved.
